Earn a merit badge for coin collecting

Whether you collect the state quarters, world coins or coins with a special theme such as animals, birds or plants – turn your hobby into a merit badge!

The ANA can help

The American Numismatic Association can lend a hand with the information you need to earn your Scout badge or patch.

The Education Department has information to help ANA-member leaders conduct a "Coin Collecting Merit Badge Clinic," and the ANA's Young Numismatist (YN) programs provide special collecting information to help you earn your badge.

ANA Merit Badge Clinics are held twice a year in conjunction with the ANA National Money ShowTM and the World's Fair of Money® and at ANA Headquarters in Colorado Springs.

For more information please contact the ANA Education Department at education@money.org.
