Small Traveling Exhibits

As a part of its mission, the ANA Money Museum circulates a number of small, easily transported traveling exhibits for circulation to ANA member clubs, museums, schools, libraries, and banks.

Loan periods are flexible.
The exhibits should be booked at least 6 to 8 weeks in advance of the exhibit dates.

Numismatics of the Olympic Games
This exhibit surveys the history of the Olympic Games from their ancient origins to the modern day through coins and medals.

Money in Early America
This exhibit explores the history of money in colonial and post-colonial America up to the founding of the U.S. Mint in 1792.

Currency in Conflict: Money of the Civil War
This exhibit surveys the financial crisis of currency during the Civil War. It contains coins, notes and tokens, along with accompanying text and photographs.

Benjamin Franklin: A Man for All Times
See how this Jack of All Trades influenced American numismatics — from security measures for the printing of Colonial paper money to designing Continental coinage and currency for the newly established United States — in the ANA’s newest traveling exhibit, Benjamin Franklin: A Man for All Times.
