Denver Mint Tour Guidelines

1) No coins are to be brought into the building.

2) No purses, bags, backpacks, suitcases, food, beverages, tobacco, umbrellas, make-up, combs, hairbrushes, cameras, video equipment, recording devices, guns, fireworks, electric stun guns, mace, martial arts weapons/devices, knives, medication, etc.

3) All visitors over the age of 18 must have and present an official photo ID.

4) Sandals and open-toed shoes are not allowed on the production floor.

5) For safety reasons anyone who must use a wheelchair or walkers, crutches, etc. cannot go on the floor.

6) The group must arrive with enough time to process through security equipment.  The entire group must be at the west entrance a minimum of 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled time.

7) The Mint does not provide coat or package check facilities – all items must be left on the bus. The driver will remain with the bus during the tour.
