The ANA Outstanding Club Publications
contest is open to clubs that have paid current ANA dues and
do not have an elected or salaried ANA officer as editor or
assistant editor. Publications must have been issued on a regular
basis; monthly, quarterly or otherwise.
Rules and Guidelines for Submission
The competition is divided into four categories
- Specialty Club
- Regional Club
- Local Club
- Electronic
To enter, send a complete volume of the year's club
publications, or three different printed samples for electronic
newsletters, to

- name of the editor
- name of the submitter
- category of the submitter
- address of the submitter
- phone number of the submitter
- e-mail address of the submitter
Deadline
for receipt of entries is April 30
Entries are judged on general appearance, newsiness,
composition, aptness of illustrations and relative interest.
Whether a newsletter is handwritten, typed or computer-generated is
not a factor in judging, nor is the size of the club or the amount
of funds expended.

recognized the best journals and newsletters produced by ANA-member
numismatic organizations.
