Important reminders and helpful tips for Summer Seminar attendees

This story first appeared in Seminar Sentinel, a regular e-newsletter about Summer Seminar. ANA members can receive the Sentinel in their inbox by going to the Members Only section and updating their  email preferences

Remember that if you signed up for on-campus lodging, your room will have a mini-refrigerator and microwave

Remember that if you plan on staying off-campus, it is your responsibility to make reservations with the hotel. Book early for the best rate.

Remember to look over the ANA's refund policy. Students canceling before April 25 must pay a $25 fee and students canceling after April 25 must pay a $150 cancellation fee.

To take advantage of ANA's complimentary shuttle, students must fly into the Colorado Springs Airport. If you're flying into Denver International Airport you must make other transportation arrangements.

If a course is cancelled, students will be notified by May 16.

On-campus lodging is a great way to meet new people. If you are staying in the campus dorms, be sure to bring your collection to compare with fellow students.
