The ANA will call you on your designated day to select your table(s). Please designate yourself or an authorized representative to select your table(s) on that day. A call will be made anywhere from minutes to an hour before your turn to ensure someone is available and prepared.
Call dates: Dec. 10-12.
Due date for submitting this form: Dec. 6

If you or the person designated to choose for you are not available when your turn is scheduled, we will pick your location for you based on the best available table(s) open at that time. Assignments will be based on the booth preferences listed on your bourse application. If your preferred locations are not available, we will assign table locations based on availability.
