The ANA does not contract with third-party housing bureaus. If you receive a call from someone asking to book your hotel for you on behalf of the ANA, IT IS A SCAM. The ANA does not book hotels over the phone, nor has the ANA contracted with any other company to contact members or dealers on the ANA's behalf.

If booking by phone, be sure to mention the American Numismatic Association/ANA to receive your special group rate.

A deposit equal to one night's stay is required to hold each individual's reservation. Personal check, money order or a valid credit card are acceptable. Should a guest cancel a reservation, the deposit will be refunded if notice is received at least thirty (30) days prior to arrival, and a cancellation number is obtained. Should a guest cancel a reservation closer than fourteen (14) days prior to arrival, one night's room and tax will be charged to the credit card guaranteeing the reservation, except that should a guest cancel within 72 hours prior to arrival, all nights' room and tax will be charged to the credit card guaranteeing the reservation.
