help w verification
Good Morning! So I have a few struck over coins, for instance... There's a 1 dollar coin over a quarter, Another is a 1995 penny over a roosevelt dime as well as a 1941 penny over a 1919 mercury dime, Also, a quarter over a Barber coin and Last a 1930 Standing Liberty quarter struck twice. Once over a 1857 coin and again over a 1919 coin. Does anyone know where I could go to get these properly verified?

Like others stated we would need to see photos. Local coin shops, NGC, PCGS, ANACS, etc.

This sounds like the last blog with different coins. Where did you get these?

We need photos. I would check with your local coin dealer before spending the money get them slabbed. It aint cheap!

9073 is right a few pictures. Exactly what do you mean these coins were stuck twice. Once for the original coin then with a completely different coin? If so they have to go to one of the grading services. There the only ones who will verify and encapsulate.

Pictures would help. I suspect you have coins that have been modified outside the mint. Sounds like "sandwich" strikes or "stack-and-smack" coins.
