I found this 1983 P spitting eagle quarter,the lighting on my camera and the type of camera wont allow for a full picture.Hope you all feel it's a spitting eagle.

Sorry about that I must have not saved it.
I was curious if this is considered DDO? Kind of new at this any response is welcome. The ear,the neck and the back hairline.
