Roll Hunting

| CopperCollector

Hi today I will give some tips on roll hunting. Since I started roll hunting I have found and added to my collection many cool coins. Things you should gather before starting would be a guide book of United States coins also known as the "Red Book" a magnifying glass and your favorite mint error reference guide. Coins to look for are pre 1965 half dollar, quarters, and dimes. Mint error coins are also coins to look for. Notable coins I have found are two silver quarters two buffalo nickels and a 1958D wheat cent in probably AU. Another place to look is the coin star machine discard trey and hole. Canadian coins can be found "magnetized" to the edge. Hopefully you learned something from this blog. Happy hunting.
