2022 Proof Set - Nina Otero-Warren Quarter
Upon review of the new proof sets that arrived today I noticed the Nina Otero-Warren Quarter her left finger is hanging out away from the palm as it crosses the pinky of the right hand, on all 5 sets I received. looks very odd. Is this a possible design flaw?

If it is viewable on all five of your quarters then it is probably going to be the same on everyone's Nina quarter. I have the silver set, I would check but I am too lazy.

Many of the first issues are grading MS65 & MS 66. The ones made of silver are grading very good. Wish means the mint rushed to make the clad and proof.By the way welcome back to the ANA I hope you have a very good experience. We share and learn!!
