Okay guys - yes I will be at the Summer Seminars both weeks, I intend to be my usual self - so look out! John and I are cooking up our usual outing so be prepared to do it again, you too Mark!!! - Rick

This is beginning to look like a three man club, does anyone else go to the Summer Seminar that cares what goes on. Mark, are you bringing your stringed instrument? I know Ron L. is bringing his, by the way are you taking voice lessons?  

well its the end of the second week of 2015 Summer Seminar and I have both certificates from my courses and attended two YN auctions. It is good to note that "Tiny's" bib overalls have found some more willing wearers to the week ending banquets. I was not too pleased with the internet connecting that seems to like to have you logging in about three to five times an hour if you are using it.(which it did just now) The food left a little to be desired. The friends that i have made here and the fellow club members here were a nice thing to renew as near consistent meal companions. All in all the weeks were worth it I learned a lot and heard a lot more. I am coming again - 52 weeks is a long time to wait.

2016 Summer Seminars are almost upon us, I sent off my registration for the two weeks last Friday. I am hoping that the attendance improves over last year. The tenor was a little quieter than usual. There will be a contingency of GHCC people there, a number of people have applied to get scholarships and the EC will vote on the applications as early as tomorrow(2/09) for approval. There also will be a few members attending on their own dime regardless of the scholarship vote. A number of our members are presenters, everyone knows Ricardo and Ian both club members of the GHCC, See you there?

I can not wait to go, it will be a great time to be around other collectors and to learn.
