TONER TUESDAY

Here is our 1936-S Oregon Trail. An MS 65 in a NGC holder.

Mexican 20 centavos coin with toning. You can't really see the toning very well in the picture. It just looks black.

I like that dark toning!   Very cool coin!    ; )

I know I haven't been around in a while, but better late than never. Today I'm posting a natural-toned New Zealand Dollar. Enjoy!

Happy Toner Tuesday!  I wished this Mercury Dime was in my collection!   It was at Great Collections Auctions last weekend and I "out bid"...    ; (

I scored this beauty at the fall PAN show for a slight premium over average market. A 1949d Jefferson nickel with four, perhaps five steps looking under a 6x loupe. It possess smooth surfaces of light blue-green blending softly to lavender at the edge. Remarkably, both sides are near equal in tone, which is uncommon. Regrettably, my photography skills fail to properly show this stunning piece.
