2021 Morgan and Peace Dollar Cookies!
Today I would like to show your these coin cookies! I made them a with my mother a few weeks ago but decided to share them. They feature the 2021 Peace dollars and 2021 Morgan dollars. I made these for my coin club which always has refreshments. So I decided to bring the refreshments. I made these nice cookies along with some drinks and fruit. They had a stencil which we put over the cookies. Then sprayed them with edible ink. Then went over and drew the design with food color markers. They also have edible glitter to make them look more like coins! They turned put amazing and we're a big hit at my coin club. Also they tasted great!

Cheerio, I was at the club meeting and got one of these. I didn't eat it! I sent it to PCGS to be slabbed. I hope it come back MS-70.

Spectacular cookies. We have a girl in our club that made a cake with coin designs the last two years at our picnic. Coin cookies would be a hit for sure. Nice
