The library staff can scan pages from books, magazines and auction catalogs (within copyright restrictions) and email them anywhere in the world. Patrons can receive the articles along with a list of sources and citation information, upon request.

The Harry W. Bass Numismatic Indexes Project (NIP) is a bibliographic reference that allows researchers to easily find articles about their topic of interest. The ANA is happy to make this reference available to numismatists again!
This portal includes sixteen indexes from various organizations and periodicals.
From the American Numismatic Society they include: American Journal of Numismatics 1866-1924; Museum Notes 1945-1988; American Journal of Numismatics, Second Series, 1989-1997; Coinage of the Americas Conference (COAC) 1984-1995; Numismatic Notes and Monographs 1921-1968; ANS Proceeding 1878-1914; Numismatic Studies; and Colonial Newletter 1960-2002.
Eight other periodicals are also included in NIP: The Numismatist 1888-2005 (ANA); Numismatic Scrapbook Magazine 1935-1975 (Coin World); Numismatic Review 1943-1947 (Stack’s); Coin Collector’s Journal, 1875-1888; Coin Collector’s Journal, New Series 1934-1954; The Celator 1987-1996; The Asylum 1980-2002; and Esylum 1998-2006.
