An Update Blog
I may not have told you guys but I going on a cross-country trip out western with @thatcoinguy. Tomorrow we will fly to Phoenix and from there go to the National Parks including the Grand Canyon, Mount Rushmore, Arches, Yellowstone, and many more. We are taking a RV so I may not have really good internet throughout the trip. When I can get internet I will be sure to update you guys on how I'm doing. I will take all the America the Beautiful quarters with me and take photos with the quarter and the National Park in the background. I will be back in July so if i'm not active i'm not leaving, I'll just be gone for a while.
In other news I recently found a 2020-W Nickel in circulation which was SUPER EXCITING since I've been wanting to find either a W dime, nickel, or quarter in circulation for a long time. They are rare since they weren't meant for circulation and can be worth around $12 and have a mintage of 465,080. That is really exciting! I also completed the 2022 set of the cent, nickel, dime, and quarter and it's only May. I won't be doing the half dollar because it isn't for circulation.
Anyway, I just wanted to tell you so you didn't think I had left the site and give you an update before I go. Hope to hear from you guys soon and I will be sure to try to update you!

You are so lucky. Have fun. A good old fashioned Road trip. Make sure you get those decals that go on the back glass. Best not put them on the rental RV. Old guys will know what I am talking about. Have a blast!

Wow! That’s crazy to find a 2020-W Nickel in circulation. Hell of a find. Was that just pocket change, or from coin roll hunting? Recently found a 1969-S JFK Half in a coin roll. Enjoy your trip. Hopefully can you find some other good coins out west.

Arches is by far my personal favorite National Park. If time affords, the long walk will prove memorable. Also, nearby Capitol Reef is an excellent drive through NP. Treasure each moment my young man!

Color me Green with Envy, you are going to have a blast visiting all those great sites in the west. Yellowstone is my favorite, I just love the scenery and the thought that you are actually standing on the site of a future super-volcano just adds to the fun. Keep us posted, even if its just about your travels. We are a curious (NEBBY in Pittsburghese) bunch.
