In October, there isn’t a regular monthly YN auction. Instead, YNs have the opportunity to join the ANA’s annual Live YN Auction event. With over 100 lots, YNs can bid on pieces from six categories: U.S. coins, world coins, exonumia, paper money, books & albums, and random grab bags. 

To join the auction, YNs must be in the ANA’s YN Google Classroom. To register for the auction, fill out the form under “2026 Annual YN Auction” in Classwork. Virtual YN Dollars are the only form of payment accepted for auction items (no physical YN Dollars will be accepted). To ensure you have auction dollars prior to the event, YNs are encouraged to submit all YN Dollar requests now.

YNs can browse through auction lots before the event—they are encouraged to develop a strategy by deciding how much to spend on each lot, based on the amount of YN Dollars in their account.
