Numismatic Art Award for Excellence in Medallic Sculpture

This award honors an artist whose cumulative lifetime achievement in the field of medallic sculpture has been of the highest order. Established in 1966 to recognize a living medallic artist of the highest caliber, past winners have included Paul Vincze (1966), Gilroy Roberts — who designed the NAAEMS award (1967), Robert Weinman (1975), Eugene Daub (1991), Leonda Finke (2006) and, more recently, Paul Huybrechs (2021). The award exemplifies the fine art of design and sculpture, and is presented at the ANA World’s Fair of Money® each year.
