New Blogs To Come

Coins | FortWorthCollector

Hello Everybody

It has been a very busy summer with getting ready for the World's Fair of Money, work, and all the latest coin releases to keep up with. A plate full of activities has not allowed me to find much time to post blogs. Now that the World's Fair of Money is in the rear view mirror and the year is winding down I thought it would be great to start some new blog series for everyone to enjoy. These new blog series will be in addition to my other content that I post off and on. Like World's Fair of Money photos, new additions to my Morgan Dollar, Panda & Queen's beasts sets, and so on. Below is a little bit of information on each of the two new blog series.

Items From The Vault:
As the the name implies this blog will show case items in my collection that don't normally get posted here. Items will consist of everything from coins, tokens, medals, currency, bonds, and so on. If it is a subset of the numismatic community and it is in my collection it will be here. This blog series will be posted every other week. You can recognize this blog series by the Items From The Vault title or the safe cover photo (as shown below) that will be in every post. It will include obverse and reverse photos and a short bit of information about the item. Feel free to ask any questions about the item in the comments section and I will answer them in a duplicate post with the word Answers added to the blog title after a few days or I see that there are no more questions.

Numismatic Tools Of The Trade:
This blog series will be Mini series about the supplies and items that I use to help me on my numismatic journey.  This blog will be posted during the weeks with no Items From The Vault posts and will continue until I run out of items to talk about. You can recognize this blog series by the Numismatic Tools Of The Trade title or the collage numismatic supplies cover photo (as shown below) that will be in every post. The blog post will include photos of the item, how I use it, the brand name, where you can buy it, how much it costs, and comments if I have any on it. Feel free to ask any questions about the item in the comments section and I will answer them in a duplicate post with the word Answers added to the blog title after a few days or I see that there are no more questions.

Nice subjects. I'll be watching for them. Love a big gun safe for coins. Climate controllable, secure, fireproof and heavy.. Thanks!

They are great places to store your collection.

I like the idea, tools of the trade. I don't recall seeing much in print abt these items.

I definitely thought it would be cool to share the brands and types of supplies I use.

It is a great idea to keep coins in a safe. Trying to get one now, and I am excited for more blogs to come from you.

I think my next blog might help you.

It's always good to be prepared. I see everything you brought i th you. A pocket scale for raw coins is also recommended because of all the good counterfeits. Good job. Mike
