New Set?
I am thinking about starting a new collection. I really like filling up folders of coins, and I like the design on the walking liberty half dollar. Most walking liberty's aren't very expensive, and the rare ones I wouldn't put in the folder. I feel like I could make a pretty good folder of walking liberty's by picking through my dealers junk silver bin. If you have any thoughts on this please tell me. Happy hunting!

I think it may be a better idea to do a mint state WW II set first and expand your set from there. good luck!

Definitely a go. Use the Mokie suggestion for now. Much easier to start. My dealer has a junk silver box AND a secret box for his favorite customers. No, not me, my wife. In that are nice coins but not nice enough to take up limited display areas. NOT junk either. In between. Ask your guy...Good luck.

Definitely go for this set. I like the idea of looking in the junk silver bins. Some folks will say that you should wait for the nice ones to come around, but it’s always nice when their cheaper.

Hey J A, if you pursue the walkers, maybe go with the one-a-year route at first then fill in as you're able.

I have a saying . Never give up. Keep looking for them there out there . Don't let people tell you that it can't be done. It can. The fun is in the hunt
