1923. The thing is really hard to find but my grandma gave it to me as a pass down, funny she had one at all. I have a blog on it I need to update to have the picture lol

I love that buffalo nickel! The camera works great!

I put my coins on a light brown paper to take pictures. I think it helps cut down the glare. Plus then I only have to worry about my hand being still with the camera.

Thanks for the tips, y'all. Despite my camera, I still don't know how to make the best pictures though, I just shot them on my pants lol.

One thing I suggest is getting a photo box from Amazon (pretty cheap) or getting a LED lamp to avoid glare.

What does 19 mp mean? You have to explain that to some of us. Nice coins and the silver certificate. Work on it a bit to try to cut the glare off of the plastic. I'd say you are off to a good start with it and thanks so much for showing it to us. By the way, what kind of phone is it? I have trouble with glare on plastic too. Thanks for sharing with us.... P.S. Coins by Gary is our expert go to resource for coin photography!

Pretty good! As a heads up they actually make these macro lens attachments that help a lot to get those close up shots in focus

Much Better AJ, I still remember the days when you held the coin toward the camera on your PC and we could see, coin, arm, and everything else. Good For You!!!
