strange markings on 1929 Chicago federal reserve note

I recently came into possession  of an old bill and I cant figure out the markings on it. I figured one of you could help! I am talking about the T and the the governors name which is blacked out

This is what I think. You do NOT have a Federal Reserve Note. It is a Federal Reserve BANK Note. This series has the title "President" marked out on all of them. I don't know what the "T" is.

I'm saw the t and the blocked signature. I'm not sure what to make of it. I don't think it was one of those pens they use to detect counterfeit though, I think that is a recent technology.

I don't see anything unusual, you might be looking at the watermarks or just the security features used on it the day.

Looks like one of those markers they used to as if the bill was counterfeit. They make a mark anywhere on the bill.it changes they know it's counterfeit.
