I am in the process of upgrading my Lincoln Cent collection for my new Dansco Albums, completing one with & one without Proofs. I am currently on back order from Dansco as they are not producing Albums at this time due to COVID-19, which has seriously slowed this project down.

I am posting this in the hope that experienced Numismatist out there will read it and offer suggestions that would help.
These coins are special to me since they were my Christmas gift in 1984 from my folks. In this case my Mother wrote the card so it said more than just "Enjoy". Lol
We received the Proof American Silver Eagle 75th Anniversary of the end of World War II, & Proof Silver Medal back from NGC yesterday. As usual, His Heinousness immediately inspected the coins, the Proof ASE was returned PF69 Ultra Cameo, while the Silver Medal was returned PF70 Ultra Cameo. We would have liked to have had a 70 on both, however, we have no complaints. I also attached photos of some of the other ASEs that we have that are graded. You will see the (in my opinion) top three TPGs represented in these photos. We have obtained a bunch of them since my Spousal Unit decided that she likes her "Pretty Ladies". We have a bunch of proof coins on their way to NGC as I type this, a bunch of others awaiting future submissions are in the safe. My wife and I love this coin, we have Bullion/Uncirculated, & Proof. Some of the photos shown below were purchased one morning while I slept, my wife found an on-line auction, in it she purchased 12 or 14 graded coins, from a 1938 Lincoln Red Cent, 1961 Proof Quarters, etc, you get the idea. In one morning she had become a coin monster, and I loved her even before that! Since then, we look, talk & spend, boy is it fun! Some of you asked to see the coins when they came in, I just figured that I would show you a sampling of our growing ASE collection. Thanks for reading this, we appreciate the support and mentorship that we have received from so many of you.

As I have stated before, I am currently trying to list, photograph & mention any history that I may have about coins in my collection before I shuffle off this mortal coil. I want my family to know the history behind these old family coins.
This week the 2020 Limited Edition Silver Proof Set will go on sale. For the second consecutive year, all eight coins in the set contain 99.9% fine silver. This set consists of one 2020 ASE Proof, five quarters from the America the Beautiful program, one Kennedy Half Dollar, & one Roosevelt Dime, all coins will have the S mintmark. This set contains 2.75 oz (78.04 g) of silver. A household limit of 2, Product Limit; 50,000.
Some of you know that today marks the 79th anniversary of the start of WWII for America. Since I do not have a medal or coin remembering this event, I will use the 75th Anniversary of the ending of WWII coin as an example. This is a blog honoring the Dead, both military and civilian that occurred on this date in 1941. As President FDR said Dec 7th is a "date that will live in infamy", although with fewer and fewer veterans of this war still living it seems harder and harder for people to remember this important historical date.
I have chosen to show a particular set that my wife, who I do not deserve, purchased for me a while back. It is the four coins of the 2009S Lincoln Commemorative Bicentennial Cent program. While these coins can be purchased on-line in the $15-$25 range they are not graded. My lovely Spousal Unit purchased a 2009S Proof Set from NGC and they are graded PF 69 Ultra Cameo, no I would not consider trading her in, I'm talking about my Spousal Unit, not the coins! Lol.
