a few years ago i did a project for school called innovations, in which i researched an innovation that happened throughout history and i had to create a project based on it. I decided to research the history of money, and for the project we had to cover the past present and future of that topic. for the past i talked about bartering and trading one good for another, for the present i talked about coins and paper money (like we use now and what bartering turned into), and for the future i wrote about digital currency like bit coin and credit cards/debit cards. (i know that bartering is still used but it is over powered by government issued money)
