Does anyone recognize this mint?

The coin is a Paul Revere commen. The problem is no mint mark. Our mint did not make commens com 1958 to 81. This coin silver proof was made in 1975 and comes with a booklet. The only thing I have is the  red white and blue double web star.. I have looked with no success. Any help would be help full.thanks.

Mike, Numista lists this medal as being struck at the Philadelphia Mint. It also lists the mintage of the piece as 237,058. Follow this link to the page. https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces36827.html

I knew the guys to contact. But if it was made by our mint we didn't make commens in 1975. I don't get it?

I think we did strike medals for the bicentennial. I have a medal folder somewhere full of duplicates of 200-year-old medals done by the mint. I'll have to find where I put it. I think this series of medals done by the mint is called, "First Medals" and it comes with a really nice booklet describing the medals. Here's a link to an E-bay listing of "First Medals" Let me put out a disclaimer, I am not suggesting anyone buy these from any particular e-bay seller. Mike, you do realize that the date on the coin and the COA is 1975, right?  Well think, there were very, very few 1975 dated coins.  Most were pre-dated 1976, check out the 1975 mint sets.  That alone makes this a sweet medal/coin.  I don't remember the actual mintage numbers and I am not looking it up again, but, if my memory servers me correctly only the cent, nickel and dime were dated 1975 that year.  All the rest had a dual 1776-1976 date. I like it Mike!
