The Mint has done it again. Two eagles. The Old one And the New one will both be made . Same with the gold. This time I think they shot themselves in the foot. The eagle is supposed to be a defender a sign of strength. A Eagle that makes our country proud. I don't see that here. Thats just me. So will you buy both. That's what there hoping. I will buy one new ASE. So the grand kids can see the downfall of the mint. The director has to go. We need designers who know what we want. The May Flower will be a flop. I'm very disappointed. I really am. I sent an email and told them how I felt. They can use this design of that one it comes down to the Eagle has landed and broke its neck. I can see them selling both at the same time for twice the money. And both being worth different prices. I'm sorry I was just expecting more. What's going to happen to our anniversary as a nation?

I think this defeats the purpose of designing something new.

They have been deceitful. Deep state beauracrats. We have to drive them out. I bought one, then learned this was the last year so I bought five and got the ANA special issue for a three year renewal. Billed as BU with a past ANA president signature. It's the most lame one of the bunch that I bought this year. What's that sour taste in my mouth? A lime? No, I believe it just might be a 🍋!

I got my first look at the Mayflower coins on the mint's website this week. I like the British coin and the US gold coin, but I do not care much for the medal, which goes with the British coin. I really like the US gold coin, but there is no silver option that goes with the gold coin, unlike most commemoratives. What a convoluted mess!

I wrote a blog on June 11. 2020. On my bullion May Flower coin. Hand signed C.O.A. Made 2020.I think the weight was close to 50 grams those of you who was it like it take a look at mine and then you will see how our May Flower looks like. This is in the shape of a cup. With enough color to see the ship hanging into the waves . The other side has a map of the journey they took. . It was made in an island that does some good work.

Don't understand making two eagles next year? One with the usual design and one with the new design? Then is that it, and only the new design until they change that? I agree that the mint is not doing the best they can for themselves or collectors if they really care anyway. So with the new ASE design, does the old series end and a new series begin? Or will the new design just be an continuation of the series? Just wondering if the series of ASE runs from 1986 to 2021? Like I have said before, the Mint makes nice coins for gifts, but I don't see myself buying many of the products for myself. Was actually considering trying to put together a set of Eagles from 1986 to 2021 is that is considered the series? But I probably won't. I may just buy a couple of the key dates and mint marks?

The article was in Coin World. And they were not to nice about the mint. You cant make this stuff up. Everything I have complained about over the years is true. The problem is no one complains. If we all did maybe they would change there way of thinking.. I'm not looking forward to next year. And I'm afraid of our Great Counties Anniversary . Sign on there site to go contact us and tell them.Otherwise there going to say nobody is complaining

I was not aware of this until two weeks ago myself. So the U.S. Mint lied, 2020 is not the end of the current design. The ASE coins pay the bills for soo many Congressionally Mandated Coinage that must be made. So the answer is take the best seller and the ASE series certainly is, end the design, then after you sell all of the "Last year of the old design", sell another year of the Proof "W", "S", Uncirculated ASE, oh, thrown in a Reverse Proof, then after selling these of the first six months of 2021, release the new design, Rinse, Repeat. Wow, they are selling two years worth of coins in one. Yes 2020 is not the end of the series, it is a design change. So 1986-2020, oh I mean 1986-2021, and 2021 through ??? Who knows how long this goes? I am an ASE collector and I am sick of the Mints crap. OK, Later!
