What is You Honest Opinion of The New Liberty Medal Go to Mint app and Read Why!!

We have allot of sayings here at the ANA. But what you like. But the book before the coin. On and on. I saw this and was the beauty of Miss Liberty. Her eyes her hair. The face. I had my doubts about the strike. I asked a fellow very smart collector do you think the pure silver with almost three ounces 2.5. Which he said is perfect I agree. I bought it and I got lucky. The high relief doesn't the out as much on some medals. Could it be The silver and the pressure? They won't say. The mint or NGC. Kindly leave your comment. My good friend said 2.5 ounces is perfect. I agree. Kindly leave your comments. Thanks

it looks good design-wise, but they could add a bit more finish on the medal. it looks like a circulation issue.

Hi A.J. The reason I said to go the mint app. It not only tells you why they made it but you would see that's it's different finish. One that's on some coins but very desirable. It has a Matte finish. Before I buy what I like I look the coin or in this case the Medal up. Tells you everything. And has everything there selling for the year you can order there allot of things. The Matte finish  is another reason that sold me. Also the High Relief. Makes a big difference and it's almost three  ounces at 2.5 ounces. No Medals are made for circulation. You can buy them but you can't spend them. Liberty Medals stand for our freedom.

I'm a big fan of the Matte Finish on collector coins, in many ways, I prefer them to Proof, I think the call them Enhanced Uncirculated in some of their literature but whether it is called Matte or Enhanced Uncirculated, it always looks good to me.  This medal may not have benefited from a proof double strike, because the Obverse Liberty lacks enough detail in the Hair and Eyes, that is my one complaint about it, but I do think it is a very attractive Liberty and a fine allegory for our Great Nation.

Well my friend I was lucky for once from the mint. I did get the high relief in the eyes and hair. The whole head is high relief the the outstanding Matte. I have written many blogs and forums condemning the mint and with justice. I couldn't make up anything bad about this Medal. I say to the mint thank you. You finely did me justice. So thank you. I'm not having graded some coins and medals get the same price in the O.G.P. So I paid twenty dollars for the packaging. That beautiful wood box is done very well. No medal will be damaged due to  packaging. Again you have to see it. Yes it's heavy. But done right to protect almost three ounces of pure silver. All the items I complained about I can't this time.
