New idea for Website

i was thinking and I thought it would be nice if there was a website or application that collectors could view what kind of coin have been found in circulation and coin rolls in there area. Do any of you think this is a good idea?

it sounds like a pretty good idea. Also, they should fix the "Ask the curator" section. It's a newer feature (I think) and it doesn't work.

I like that idea, it is kind of like that website where you can track the movement of Dollar bills around the country.  Maybe it would pinpoint an area of the country that seems to have a lot of interesting finds.

Yeah I will have to see how I can make this happen. It would obviously be collector based and collectors could just post any finds around an area or from a specific bank and branch.

I have a little bit Of html and css skills, but not enough to do anything like this. Still a cool idea.

However I will look into what I can do. Give me a week and I will have you a functioning website that will some what resemble your idea.

I'll also do some marketing for it over Youtube and my blog.

Sounds like a.great idea. But unfortunately who would have access to this. The members in the site. Not exactly scientific. The response would be low. It would be very hard to do. Give it your best shot I would like to see it. But as far as tracking anything were did my 1931 S come from? I know my wife got it in change in the food enporium. But we're do you go from there? It was in circulation and came from San Francisco. There is no place to go.it ends there. Sure I like the idea but who ever comes up with some type of formula it will not be easy. I say take them were you got them. And there will be exaggerations. I hope it can be done lots of luck. Mike
