I went to my bank today and asked of they had any dollar coins. They pulled out one customer wrapped roll, that was all Teddy Roosevelts. They also pulled out 21 dollar coins that were free reigning in the roll. Most of these were not supposed to be in circulation in the first pace in these coins. They also handed me a US mint 2014 Franklin Roosevelt dollars from Denver. I am wondering whether I should open it up to check for errors, or just leave it in the roll?

I was especially confused because they were not intended for circulation, and they cost more than face value so putting them into circulation would just make you lose money.

Could be stolen or maybe hard times forced their use. I always wonder how my proof Roosevelt find got into circulation.

I'm sorry but never heard of that napping anywhere were is the bank I could use a roll of dollar coins. Should of been out of circulation a long time ago. Everyone should go in a fip. The longer there like that the likley they get damaged.
