Scam or no?

this website called Ligbigger found its way to me through an advertisement on facebook.  They were selling 27 morgan dollars, one from each year, for $200, one of which was in a graded slab from NGC/PCGS at MS66.  My first reaction was obviously "scam", even though they offered money back guarantees.  Have any of you heard of this website?  Thanks!

I'd say its an obvious scam.  That's only $7.40 for each Morgan.  I can't imagine anyone selling silver way below melt.

Danbury mint does that. They have all sorts of sets in statues. They charge allot for the coins. But it's tempting

I feel like its a scam, even with paypal protections I do not feel like its a good idea. I looked at their website, and they are selling "1/2 ounce gold eagles" for 50 dollars. I would consider this a huge red flag, because no one would knowingly sell 1000 of gold for 50 bucks.
