CLIMATE
In August, Chicago’s climate is sunny and humid, with an average temperature of around 85°F. Rainy days do not occur often in the summer, but bring an umbrella just in case.

All our featured hotels offer wireless Internet access for a fee. If you find yourself in need of the Internet while in Chicago proper, your best bet is to seek out a restaurant, coffee shop or pub with Wi-Fi. You also can get free Internet access at the Chicago Public Library, located in the Loop on South State Street and East Van Buren Street.
