Annual YN Online Auction
One of the best benefits of being an ANA YN is the opportunity to participate in the annual live online YN Auction each year. It’s a wonderful learning experience that allows you to feel the excitement and yes, the pressure you’d experience bidding on items with real money (only YN Dollars are accepted in the YN Auction). Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to win some real treasures! The lots consist of U.S. and world coins and currency, numismatic literature and supplies, as well as other “oddball” related items.

The auction has a total of 110 lots, which includes six categories: U.S. Coins, World Coins, Exonumia, Paper Money, Books & Albums, and random Grab Bags.
Take a look at the 2025 YN Auction Catalog below to review the rules and make a plan for what you want to bid your YN Dollars on. Keep earning those YN Dollars so you’ll have more funds to bid on your favorite lots!

Registration Instructions
To join the auction, YNs must be in the YN Google Classroom. To register for the auction, fill out the form under “2025 Annual YN Auction” in Classwork. For questions or concerns, reach out to ANA Numismatic Educator Steve Roach at sroach@money.org.
YN Dollars
YN Dollars are the only form of payment accepted for auction items. To ensure auction dollars are received prior to the event, YNs are encouraged to submit all YN Dollar requests no later than Friday, September 26. Only current ANA members in grades K-12 may participate. Make sure to read the rules in the catalog before the auction takes place, too!
