Intermediate Grading of U.S. Coins Seminar

Sharpen your grading skills! This two-day mid-level course is intended to sharpen grading skills through hands-on group and individual exercises, with instructor feedback on each coin. Students will gain a better understanding of current grading-service philosophies and how they evolved in the marketplace. Copper, silver and gold specimens are covered, with emphasis on About Uncirculated through Uncirculated examples.

PREREQUISITE: Successful completion of “Grading United States Coins, Part 1” or permission from the instructors.

Instructors: Bob Mellor, ANA District Representative, advanced numismatist, educator, and author; and William Latour, owner of Lowcountry Coins LLC, 2nd Vice President of SCNA, and handles the SCNA Counterfeit Museum.
